We began the week with a Winter Solstice/1st day of Yule celebration. We lit some candles and made a few crafts.
Thought you might enjoy a little movie of our 1st day of Yule celebration, it's short video and a little dark, but it's a new tradition in our house. We decided to start celebrating the season in our own way.
Here's a few pictures of the crafts we worked on today as well.
We've had a lot of fun over the past two weeks while on break. We are looking forward to getting back to our regular lessons on Jan. 4, 2010, but for now we'll just enjoy the last week we have with Matt home.
